March 21: PocketMusic Player Bundle version 4.2 with support for DRM protected WMA released. What's new:

- Added DRM protected WMA support (On WM 5.0 devices only).

- Now PocketMusic automatically turns the display off even when minimized (after specified interval of user inactivity) - to prolong battery life.

- Scrolling titles are now programmed to do only two cycles and then stop scrolling. To minimize power consumption.

- Added optimized for PXA27x version of Equalizer and Extra Bass. Now they work faster and more accurate on devices with Intel XScale PXA27x processor, which allowed lower sound distortions in Equalizer.

Bug fixes:

- Optimized timers in stopped mode to avoid excessive CPU load.

- When "Pause on incoming call" is disabled, added reinitialization of wave out to avoid sound distortion after call disconnect.

- Fixed interference between display on/off button and keyboard driver turning display on each time any button is pressed.

- Fixed hangs in Network Log On dialog in "Map Network Resource" feature.

- System volume is not affected on track change anymore. Now PocketMusic syncronizes system volume and player's volume.

- Fixed playlist window (WinAmp skin mode) header paint routine (was corrupted when screen in landscape orientation).

- Transparent background updates fixed for today plugin when in landscape mode.

- Fixed rare issue when player could potentially lock or stop playback while seeking to specific positions in the MP3 file.
